These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services provided by Silvia Technologies, Inc. (“Silvia,“ “we,“ “our,“ or “us,“), including www.cfosilvia.com and any related tools, content, features, and communication channels (collectively, the “Services“).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of the Services

Silvia provides AI-powered financial tools, insights, and tracking features that allow you to connect financial accounts, view aggregated data, and receive automated or human-assisted financial insights. Silvia is not a bank, broker-dealer, financial advisor, or tax advisor and does not provide individualized investment or tax advice.

The Services are currently provided at no cost to you. We may introduce paid features in the future, in which case we will provide notice and updated terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@cfosilvia.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Services for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Access data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may allow you to connect to third-party accounts or use third-party integrations (e.g., Plaid, SnapTrade, Coinbase). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and Silvia is not responsible for their actions or omissions.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (www.cfosilvia.com/privacy), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect all data in transit and at rest. All sensitive financial information retrieved from connected accounts is encrypted and, where possible, anonymized or aggregated before storage. We do not store your banking credentials. When you connect accounts via third-party services like Plaid, SnapTrade, or Coinbase, your login information is never accessible to Silvia and is handled entirely by those providers.

By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided “as is“ without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Silvia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, insights, or reports provided through the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silvia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Silvia and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
