Connection help
Connect Regions Bank to Silvia
Follow these steps to find your Regions Bank account in Silvia, authorize a connection, and resolve common setup issues.
Before You Start
Have your Regions Bank login and access to your usual verification method ready. Check that you can sign in directly with your institution before starting.
- Use the Regions Online Banking profile that contains the accounts you want to connect. Personal and business profiles can use different credentials.
- Regions may ask for a one-time code or a security-question answer when you connect through a financial app. Complete the verification presented in the connection window.
Connect Your Account
Open Your Portfolio in Silvia
Sign in and open Assets & Liabilities (or My Portfolio). Select Banks & Brokerages under Add an Asset. If your page has an Add button, choose Add asset first. On mobile, the + button opens the add options.
Find the Right Regions Bank Listing
Search for Regions in the Add Account window. Choose the listing that matches your institution and account type. Banking, credit card, brokerage, and workplace accounts may use different listings.
Follow the Connection Prompts
Silvia opens the connection provider for the listing you selected. Follow the sign-in instructions and complete any verification requested by Regions Bank. You may be redirected to your institution to authorize access.
Review Access & Select Your Accounts
Review the requested data access, select the accounts you want to share when prompted, and complete the authorization. Available accounts and data depend on your institution and connection provider.
Return to Silvia
Finish the connection flow and return to your portfolio. Allow time for the initial sync, then check that your selected accounts appear. Balances, holdings, and transactions may arrive at different times where available.
If You Have Trouble Connecting
- If you cannot receive verification, review your contact information and authentication options directly in Regions Online Banking. Its Authentication Settings are in the Security Center.
- If an account is missing, confirm the correct profile at Regions first. Regions lists separate sign-ins for services such as MyMortgage, investments, and commercial banking; use a matching listing in Silvia if one is available.
Ready to Connect?
Open your portfolio, then follow the steps above to search for Regions Bank. You may be asked to sign in first.
