Connection help
Connect Chase to Silvia
Follow these steps to find your Chase account in Silvia, authorize a connection, and resolve common setup issues.
Before You Start
Have your Chase login and access to your usual verification method ready. Check that you can sign in directly with your institution before starting.
- Chase opens its own sign-in window during connection. Sign in there and complete any verification Chase requests.
- Choose the Chase accounts you want to share and review the data permissions before returning to Silvia.
Connect Your Account
Open Your Portfolio in Silvia
Sign in and open Assets & Liabilities (or My Portfolio). Select Banks & Brokerages under Add an Asset. If your page has an Add button, choose Add asset first. On mobile, the + button opens the add options.
Find the Right Chase Listing
Search for Chase in the Add Account window. Choose the listing that matches your institution and account type. Banking, credit card, brokerage, and workplace accounts may use different listings.
Follow the Connection Prompts
Silvia opens the connection provider for the listing you selected. Follow the sign-in instructions and complete any verification requested by Chase. You may be redirected to your institution to authorize access.
Review Access & Select Your Accounts
Review the requested data access, select the accounts you want to share when prompted, and complete the authorization. Available accounts and data depend on your institution and connection provider.
Return to Silvia
Finish the connection flow and return to your portfolio. Allow time for the initial sync, then check that your selected accounts appear. Balances, holdings, and transactions may arrive at different times where available.
If You Have Trouble Connecting
- If a Chase account is missing, check that you selected it on the Chase sharing screen when authorizing the connection.
- To review an existing permission, sign in at chase.com and open Security & privacy, then Linked apps and websites. If access has expired, return to Silvia and use Reconnect on the existing connection.
Ready to Connect?
Open your portfolio, then follow the steps above to search for Chase. You may be asked to sign in first.
