Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Be a foundational builder of the Silvia platform. You'll work across the entire stack - from responsive frontend dashboards to scalable backend services - delivering features that directly impact how independent investors manage their wealth. What You'll Do

• Design and build full-stack features end-to-end in Next.js - from server-rendered pages and API routes to database queries and third-party integrations
• Build and scale core platform services - account aggregation, portfolio analytics, transaction processing, market data pipelines, and AI-driven insights delivery
• Own technical architecture decisions and drive engineering best practices - code review, testing, type safety, and performance optimization
• Integrate financial APIs and data providers into the product - banking, brokerage, crypto, market data, and payments
• Mentor teammates, contribute to engineering culture, and help define technical hiring standards
• Ship fast, iterate constantly, and maintain production reliability for a platform managing $30B+ in tracked assets

What You Bring

• 7+ years full-stack engineering experience building highly available, user-facing products; experience in fintech, wealthtech, or high-trust consumer platforms is a strong plus
• Expert in Next.js, React, and TypeScript across the full stack - frontend components, API routes, middleware, server-side rendering, and background jobs
• Strong database skills - PostgreSQL query design, schema modeling, migrations, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating complex third-party APIs - financial data providers, banking APIs, payment processors, or similar
• Strong ownership mentality - you don't wait to be told what to build; you identify problems and solve them
• Track record of owning complex systems from inception through production at scale
• Bonus: Experience with real-time data pipelines, financial data aggregation, or crypto/blockchain systems
