Product Manager

About the Role

Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Silvia's AI-powered personal CFO platform. You will define what we build, why we build it, and rapidly execute, shipping features that help thousands of investors manage $30B+ in assets. You operate at the intersection of AI and consumer finance as we build and scale the first publicly traded agentic finance firm.

What You'll Do

• Own product lifecycle from discovery through launch - define requirements, write specs, and ship relentlessly
• Translate user insights, financial data, and market intelligence into a prioritized roadmap for Silvia's web, mobile, and voice/chat experiences
• Partner daily with engineering, design, AI/ML, and growth to deliver agentic financial features for the web and mobile
• Define and track success metrics (e.g., time to first insight, # connected accounts, AI engagement, assets on platform, NPS)
• Engage directly with users and investors to deeply understand the independent investor's pain points; run experiments to drive growth

What You Bring

• 5+ years product management in consumer fintech, AI/ML products, or wealth management platforms (Coinbase, Ramp, Robinhood)
• Easily able to translate broad range of product ideas and features in a strategic and executable product roadmap
• Demonstrated ability to ship 0→1 products and iterate rapidly in high-ambiguity environments
• Skilled collaborator with cross functional teams (engineering, design, exec team)
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you think like an owner, move fast, and default to action
